I had booked a delivery with assembly of the bed I had ordered. Driver arrived said assembly wasn't booked and he wasn't allowed in the house. Left the delivery in my porch. When I called with regards to this matter customer services was poor. I also didn't receive notification for delivery arrival via text or call on the day either
