Today following a complaint an exchange of beds was meant to happen, delivery man dumped the new bed and mattress on the front garden after swearing at me telling me he can't come in the house as he isn't allowed (the previous delivery the bed was bought up to the bedroom and assembled) leaving me to carry the old bed and mattress down and bring the new bed and mattress upstairs to assemble. Upon discovery, a complete different bed to what i had ordered had been delivered. I called the company and argued back and forth with them telling me i had the correct bed and the best they could do is offer me a $20 refund as an apology. Ended on the note of he will pass my details to a manager to make contact, highly doubt this will happen as now the company have blocked my number.

Do not buy from this company, after seeing the reviews on here I continued with my purchase, no receipt had to chase for this, bed was nothing like the picture and had been stapled together. The poorest quality I have ever seen it would have fallen apart in weeks. The bed was collected 2 weeks later and I was refunded but wanted to leave a review to hopefully save someone from choosing to use this company. The good reviews are fake at no point during email communication was I given a name of anyone who works here, also when trying to get my refund they were very persistent on giving me another bed with a discount which I wasn't interested in.

"Misselling of service"

Delivery was on time but whilst at the time of the purchase it was stated that delivery to the room, packaging collection and assembly is included in the price, this was not the case and the support team afterwards said that this wasn't selected although it was all included in the order. There were also no assembly instructions. Some parts were missing which were delivered soon after me raising the issue.
