"3000 pocket spring mattress"

Disappointed... I've to change my review because to post a review they offer discount. Thought the product would be as described by the sales team but not to be. My main requirement was to go with firm mattress and customer team suggested 3000 pocket spring mattress with pillow top and it highly disappointed the mattress is medium firm and not what we wanted. When I'm requesting for exchange with firm mattress they are asking hefty amount and it seems like what I got its just cost penny.

I am a regular customer on beds.co.uk. I had a little issue with the wheels on my superkingsize bed and called customer services for support. I spoke to Zain who was so supportive. Call lasted less than 5mins but in that time, he solved my problem, offering me replacement parts. Thank you Zain for your help.
