I phoned beds and co to place an order not knowing the procedure the lady on the phone was exceedingly helpful very patient with me and understanding of my needs.when ordering my new bed she talked me through the process. But there is a problem with beds and co. I started to order on line. Then decided I needed to speak to someone so ordered over the phone. I keep getting messages telling me that I still have something in my basket but it won't let me sort this . Surely they must know that I have already bought the bed I wanted . Therefore remove the online order I didn't finished due to ordering over the phone.

I had just purchased a bed on line and needed to know details of delivery. Hudson Brown was extremely helpful and there and then gave me a delivery day and informed me that I would revive a call the day before confirming the time slot. He was very pleasant and easy to hear also!

Appalling. Received a bed, bed broken, called and they arranged a replacement to be delivered 28th February. Took time off work as damaged bed had to be packaged by us to be returned, managed to cover with plastic and sellotape. 2pm 27th February receive email not out for delivery for the 28th......this is where it gets ridiculous....First we were told, the base they were going to send out was damaged and we could wait for another one, then we were told the base had a manufacturing defect and wasn't being made any more, then we were told it will be back in stock for delivery 13th March (that was today's information), then 10 minutes later we were told it would be in stock 3-4 weeks time and then 6-8 weeks time and the last comment was it should be in stock eventually and either pick another base or wait. We have tried numerous times to explain that we do not want an alternative base, we chose the one we wanted at time of ordering and that the replacement they originally agreed to send would have been acceptable but that they cannot fulfill this. They do not respond to emails, I have 4 different case numbers for this issue now. They will not collect the damaged item or issue a refund even though they cannot fulfill their 2 year policy. Today I was talked over by the "manager" told to stop repeating myself and to just choose another bed and that they will not refund anytime after 14 days from order date, which pretty much covers them entirely as the delivery takes nearly 2 weeks anyway. Unfortunately we have no other option than to pursue recourse via consumer rights avenues as all our attempts to communicate are either ignored or belittled. We are currently $579 out of pocket, a broken bed in our hallway and a matress on the floor.

Mark the sales man was extremely helpful and I explained that I was unsure about delivery details and he was very helpful to guide me through the process, however then gave me a delivery day and informed me confirming the time slot via email. He was very helpful??
