Sent a message via their website and an email to cancel an order I made last night within an hour of making it, as we decided our garden won't be ready for the furniture yet. No email or response so I called and cancelled and asked for a confirmation email that a refund is being processed. I never received it so rang again this afternoon . Spoke to James who was very helpful, and I received an email from him straight away, confirming cancellation and refund is being processed. I will review again once I see money in my account and will re order furniture when our garden is ready. I hope my refund will be processed by 5 days as they state . Thank you James 1415340
