"Good customer support"

I have ordered a bed and mattress recently and needed to arrange delivery date . Maryam was really helpful and gave me all the options and kindly explain about two year warranty which I ask for an email confirmation.

"EXTREMELY RUDE DRIVER - NO PRODUCT DELIVERED"

Faulty Product to be returned and replaced. Delivery driver was rude and kissed his teeth at me because the mattress wasn't wrapped up (which we advised in advance is impossible due to size of mattress) and said he will check in the van for spare wrapping. He's then driven off, ignored all attempts at contact with him and the company now think it's justified not to attempt delivery of the replacement product until Saturday. Seriously consider whether you're happy with this appalling level of (and lack of) service when ordering from this company!!!

"Absolutely disappointed"

Absolutely disappointed. I have written two previously favourable reviews about this company. Today they really let us down. They turned up to deliver a replacement mattress for a damaged and faulty one. The driver failed to take the old one away. He told my wife he was going to the van to get the new one but he just got in and drove off leaving my wife in the street standing in the rain. He has refused to answer his phone. The company would not try and get hold of him to make him return. They will not return now for another four days. Left with a faulty and damaged mattress, with no guarantee it won't happen again. Very very poor aftercare.

I ordered a double divan bed online and we had a bit of misunderstanding in regards to delivery but the gentleman called Francis resolved the issue straight away so we are happy and will definitely buy again .
