"Another unlucky one"

Another unlucky one. I had to order a bed in an emergency as a relative was coming home from hospital. I chose a lovely bed from the website but the bed that arrived was very poor quality. I paid for the better mattress but when you sit on the bed you can feel the base underneath. I also wasn't able to see the delivery date until I placed the order and the website did say next day delivery and this wasn't the case. I had to phone through and eventually managed to get a date a few days later. The images on the website look lovely it's a pity that the bed isn't the same quality. I was pestered continuously to leave a 5 star review even before the bed had been despatched. Then pestered again a number of times by email. The bed arrived when expected and I paid $39 to the driver for the delivery. The receipt supplied for the bed was less than the amount paid for it and I was told it didn't include the VAT which is annoying as being a power of attorney for the person I was buying the bed for means I have to provide proof of purchase. Would I buy from here again? Absolutely not.
