"Maybe I'm just another unlucky one"

Maybe I'm just another unlucky one, ordered a FIRM single mattress which was meant to be orthopaedic, it arrived in reasonable time, put it on the bed and I could basically feel the bed frame through it, it creaked every time I turned over and was about as firm as a bag of marshmallows. Having phoned beds.co.uk to be told send a video to show its not firm, I heard nothing back from them, awful mattress, awful customer service. I had telephoned after a few days asking for a refund as is my consumer right, this company will be reported.

This is a scam. Do not use!!! They say they will waver the delivery fee if you give them a good review on trust pilot BEFORE you receive the item. Do not use. You never recieve the goods as they appear

I had a new bed and mattress delivered to me, when I received the mattress there was a rip in the mattress I contacted someone and had a response from Ammar Ahmed who was absolutely brilliant offered me a new mattress to be delivered and was very helpful and friendly I accepted the new mattress and I then received a new date for when it will be delivered. Just want to thank Ammar Ahmed for the help I received. People like Ammar Ahmed is what brings customers back as it was really good customer service.
