Ordered an Ottoman storage bed and mattress plus another separate super king mattress. The bed and mattress were fantastic (inc easy to assemble) but the super king mattress was way too soft and spongy. Phoned up to discuss my options and Francis was extremely helpful. Admittedly ended up upgrading to a more expensive mattress but Francis did a deal on it, plus there was no charge for collection of the 'old' mattress. Great service

I must just be the unlucky one! Bought 2 small single mattresses from this company in one of there sales, waited 2 weeks on them being delivered, put them on the bed to find them like giant marshmallows! These were described as "firm" yet when i lie on them i can feel the base and im not a big chap. They would not even qualify as medium, now having issues with them resolving this issue, quick enough to take your money though!
