The staff at This company on S. Virginia St. Reno, is always friendly and welcoming. I give them a 5 star rating. The online program is difficult to log into and lacks clarity.

I love this credit union! The staff is very nice and helpful, I always feel appreciated and valued when I go to my local branch. My favorite is the mobile app, the updates were a little off at first; however, it was quickly fixed and now I use it for everything. I can deposit checks, transfer money, and pay bills.

I've been with This company for over 20 years and I have never had any difficulties or issues with the quality of service I've received. My only criticism would be the lack of Saturday lobby hours. I do not understand why, when other banks and credit unions are open on Saturdays, This company continues to remain closed on Saturdays.

I had a awful experience with getting a Home Equity Line of Credit. The problem was the old release of property form, from the lending company didn't properly convey transfer authority in accordance to Nevada and county of Washoe requirements. No one on our side of the paper trail informed or instructed Qurom how to do the form correctly. This delayed the entire process for months! I did the best I could, but I'm NOT the lending or processing people who are paid to make the decisions for acceptance of the Title company requirements. I am obviously not that thrilled with your mortgage department. Your staff were courteous and pleasant but lending department needs more training.

I requested a high yeild bank account when i opened my account. I was given a free checking account. I was also told that this bank pays when deposits are pending and I have had multiple situations where I was not paid until the following monday instead of friday like I am supposed to.
