After 3 different attempts (first on the phone, second in person at the bank, and third via the virtual assistant), I was able to send money to my Navy Federal savings account from my GBCU checking account through Popmoney. GBCU had to reset my account since the first attempt to send money through the external transfer process failed.

"My only complaint is that you forget."

My only complaint is that you forget that people get old and from time to time people will make a mistake with balances. They look at their balance and thinking they have enough money will write a check or pay a bill and suddenly a bill you forgot about pops up and you are over drawn costing you 36.00 which is a lot when your on a fixed income.Then the fee wont be waived because you had one or two in the past.... and your not given maybe 24 hours to put in money before your charged. I can understand if it happens on numerous occasions or regularly but not when its occasional. A notice given prior to a charge that you are over, giving time to cover it( same day deposit) would be nice. Thanks
