Not happy with the new hours of operation, and half the time the ATMs aren t working. I am working on moving my accounts.

"Bad wire transfer."

I needed to transfer $2000 dollars from my account to my sisters bank in Oregon. The guy at the Sparks branch that was helping me insisted I need the wire transfer information from the other bank inorder for him to help me. Recently at the two other branches I transferred money from my account into two other people's accounts, each was for about $24000. I had no wire transfer information then and I didn't understand why I needed it now. I was upset that the man could not help me and told him I was leaving he didn't really care one way or the other. The next day I went to the East mccarran branch And a gentleman there helped me with no problem whatsoever, it was actually a pretty pleasent experience. Because of the experience I had with the guy at sparks branch I considered very hard on switching banks.

I ve been a This company member for over a decade, but never utilized any services other than a checking account. When I applied and was approved for an auto loan and Visa card, I seriously wondered why I had not done so sooner. The responsiveness and service I received from my loan officer, Jenna Strobel, and the other This company folks was nothing short of excellent. The only regret I have is not utilizing more This company services sooner.

"Mobile phone app easy to use"

I think the mobile app on my phone is much easier to use than before. I like to move money around in my accounts and it is easy to do. Im on my third year of doing the Christmas club and its great to watch it grow and then get all my money on Nov 1st. About the only thing Im not happy with is monthly pension always coming the first business day after the weekend or holiday. This year I didnt get paid until Jan 4th because the 1st fell on a Friday. Other banks pay you on the day before.
