"Recently switched to Great Basin"

I recently switched banks from BOA to. Great Basin in May and every time I come into your branch on McCarran the staff is friendly and very helpful. Very different from my experience at BOA. I'm so glad I switched banks!

New Custumer to this bank and I absolutely love it, the staff is warm and helps with anything you need. The atm machines never spit out the money even if it s a little folded and I like how it shows the quantity of each bill. So happy.

Kind and helpful staff, but the app for banking is terrible. Difficult to setup transfers, no access to zelle. Bummed because outside of this they are great!
