"This company has been very convenient for me."

This company has been very convenient for me to use be it their drive-thru, on-line services, app or in-house atm. The staff have been helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their email updates are useful.

"Why I Recommend Great Basin to everyone I talk with.."

Everyone working there are so very helpful and careing! Amanda was the young lady helping me set up my new account. She was so very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what Great Basin has to offer....The fact that you can get your debit card. Right there and then. Makes it so very convenient....Knowing that I don't have to wait for the debit card in the mail. Then wait for pin number to show up in the mail later..I am disabled so it was very nice to have plenty of searing in the lobby. Great Basin, Thank you Greatly for hiring such Amazing and Careing employees.

"I am super happy with my switch from."

I am super happy with my switch from Bank of America to This company! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! The wait time is never very long. When I go into the bank, it s really nice to familiar faces, that truly want to help!

"Efficient and pleasant loan process"

The process for getting a line of credit was quick and efficient. The only issue was some quirky parameters for uploading documents which made it difficult to upload so we ended up emailing the documents. Overall, it was a very pleasant and quick process and I would recommend This company to friends.

"Was at office trying to get online."

Was at office trying to get online setup. Didnt approve acct fast. So they told me to head home and wait. Got denied needs different a credit access? Number. Don't want to drive all the way across town to resolve. Some tech support would be helpful.

"Creating a joint account wasn't as easy."

Creating a joint account wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. That is why I only gave 4 stars. We repeatedly had to sign the same paperwork to be able to see our joint account on our own user logins. Then I had to sign more paperwork when I wanted to do online payments with our joint account. Not sure what happened but it was a pain and took over a month to get everything sorted out.

Ive never has any problems! the people always give me a great answer to my questions and I have had a number of questions. the new Identityiq was confusing to me and my wife. and your staff had not been train on the system they were but they were able to get thru the problems we were having with signing up

"Savings & MM accounts receive awful rates but the Visa card 18% interest :("

Savings & MM accounts receive awful interest rates :( But the Visa card has a rate as high as 18% :( Additionally, when you use your Visa card you get no cash back or other benefits.To take this survey you require placing cookies on my computer and sharing customer info with unknown other business entities. Personal information going to Trustpilot A/S, Pilestraede 58, 5th floor, DK-1112 Copenhagen K and they are going to do "who knows what with that info". It would take reading all day long for two weeks to review the terms & conditions and privacy policy.

"I was not able to view my account."

I was not able to view my account balance and the page that came up said something about maybe someone was trying to steal my personal information. I had used one of your e-mails to me to look at my statement. So I did a browser search of Greatbasin.org and got to the log in page. It rejected my password which I had previously written down in a notebook. Usually I don't look it up as I had saved it. I was able to reset my password after you gave me a temporary one by voice mail on my cell phone. I don't know what was really going on but I greatly appreciate your security work to keep us safe from people trying to steal our personal information. Thank you!
