"Cancelling the service for no reason"

Joined hostinger, registered a new domain and after 10 minutes they canceled my domain without any reason. I even received an email telling me to reply if I thought the cancel is not justified. The fun part is they simply ignore my reply. I absolutely hate random crap like that especially when it comes with poor customer support. Edit: Ok, I was mad at first because my email had been ignored and the chat bot was pretty tideous. But once connected to a human the problem was fixed immediately. Thanks Nico C. I am changing to 5 stars (from 1) because of him.

"Empathy / Speed / Effective"

I am working on Customer Care over 10 years and I know that being fast is what makes the client feel better. Also empathy is what makes it different and you can engage with people.CSAT is what we first know as Customer Care agents. Important so focus on that.That said, live channels like phone calls and chats are really important. Great job introducing yourself. What about the customer? What's his/her/they name? It's not just another subscription.When a customer first contact Customer Care they really want to feel like everything will be ok and you will find a solution. Make their problem, your problem (empathy).If your agent wants some time to check something just let the client know that you are checking it. If after 1-2 minutes there is nothing to say (you might be busy), come again and say that you need a little bit more time.Nowadays, bots are, in general, really bad but I know that they can be improved. No one likes them even if they are fast. It's just a knowledge base with a name.Macros are useful but since every agent has a different perspective and personality, create more personalised macros.Support has to be fast, efficient and effective.I love Hostinger and I am a member a lot of years.Keep in mind that in 2024 people miss to talk. So even a personal story can make them feel that he is not the only one having the same issue.Wish I could work with you and give share with you all my knowledge.Thanks for the opportunity to share my thoughts.
