I would like to give my opinion about the people who work in customer service, they are interested in supporting customers until we find a solution to our questions or problems, on this occasion Justin was very helpful to me and of course his colleagues have supported really good. Thank you very much

"Just awful! Absolutely awful!"

Tried to transfer a domain to them and after 3 weeks it still hasn't happened and Hostinger still don't seem to know why. The tech support is just awful! I must have chatted to about 15 people, and pretty much had to start the process again every time. Even cancelling our subscription was awful. Apparently we can't have a refund because our original payment was 28 days ago and you only get a refund if it's less than 30 days! It's just awful. Truly awful.

"Queue for 4 days"

#53070: Websites - T2It has been almost 4 days since we addressed our issue. Unexpectedly (and not for the first time), our server has started sending requests from a different IP. Naturally, requests from a different IP do not receive responses (whitelist), and our store's customers do not receive their products. For nearly 4 days now, 2 of our most popular items have been listed as Out of stock. No one has been able to resolve our IP issue. Is this such a complex matter? We are incurring significant losses and losing customers. Your IT department has such a long queue! Why should our online store's reputation have to suffer because of this?

"Very Unhappy with this"

Very Unhappy with this. I dont recommend this. In the process of a refund now but they refuse to refund the full amount that i paid 3 4 days ago.Their service is not usable. It is extremely hard to use and not Intuitive. They deleted all my data that i was configuring all day. They were not able to restore it hence i applied for a refund.But now it turns out they will not pay the full refund amount back..EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!Find another provider this is no good!

"Botched migration, horrible customer service"

They botched the migration of my website from another provider (Zyro). Total nightmare. No warning given that they were about to to do this, website was was down for many hours with no notice. To make things worse, we had automated marketing material scheduled to send out and drive traffic to our site. That campaign was a total waste. In addition, the migration broke our email service and integrations we had on our website. Have received almost no customer support/service. Took 5 hours to get someone to finally help and restore my website to being live through an inelegant work-around. Other attempts at getting customer service yielded no human connection (after 15-30 minutes of waiting) or a human who provided, essentially, no assistance with chat replies taking 5-10 minutes between messages.This is after using them for web hosting without issue for many years, so 2 stars instead of 1.
