Apart from the fact that you falsely refer to the "platform fee" as a "deposit", I find it hard to believe that you are so shameless as to define your booking process as "smmoth booking". Throughout the entire booking process, you simply copied and pasted the form we filled out, and beyond that, you did not contribute to the selection of the property, viewing, or even communicating with the property after we specifically highlighted to you which floor we wanted, and that my friend and I wanted the same flat. Hence, we had to communicate with the property on phone and visit the property in person to confirm further information.Suffice it to say that we spent $200 on your "copy and paste" service. I couldn't stand the fact that you were charging us an exorbitant amount for this service, so I requested a refund within 24 hours, however, even though you claimed on your website that refunds could be made within 24 hours, you still refused our reasonable request.
