They first guarantee you cashback, but as soon as you move into your apartment, they put it off and give you all kinds of excuses, all the while other customers who backed through other agencies have already gotten their cashback. I would never suggest this organization to anyone trying to book lodging because of its hollow claims. Complete fraud!UPDATE : IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN ONE AND HALF MONTH SINCE MY REVIEW ALL THEY DID WAS SEND ME AN EMAIL FOR NAMES SAKE, HOLLOW AND EMPTY PROMISES

"Buyer Beware"

I hope my experience can act as a warning to avoid anyone else being scammed. We paid a "refundable" deposit for student accommodation in Belfast in advance of exam results being known, to ensure accommodation was held. As per the terms and conditions, once it became clear that my son had gained the grades to go to a different University, we contacted UniAcco to cancel the booking and asked for the deposit to be refunded within 5 days as per the contract. 6 months later there has been no payment. This company have a postal address in the UK and an 0800 number, but phoning this automatically takes you through to India. They also have a WhatsApp platform, but you will spend countless hours chasing your tail, being given different excuses as to why the payment had not been processed yet and promising it will be/has been "escalated for immediate action" to the accounts department. They do not proactively respond to you, you will have to keep chasing them. You will be told that the property manager has not refunded the money to them, even after you provide the banking proof given to you by that property manager that they have indeed been repaid many months before. Eventually, they will stop responding to you at all. Thankfully the deposit amount was not hugely significant in our case, but please, please think very carefully before giving this company any of your money. Sadly, we are heading to the small claims court, as no other option exists.
