Initially really persistent with their communication when booking with them but as soon as you move in, they ghost you when bringing up the cashback. I was promised $200 cashback and they said it would take 2 months to process (back in September) we are now in February. Contact numbers don't work either. Crazy how the cashback is their main selling point for most of their ads when it's clearly a scam.

Terrible organization they don't communicate with each other I was told I could move into student accommodation this November and then someone else said beginning of January next year ! Please don't use this company they will cause you so many problems

DO NOT BOOK!!! I previously read the reviews and ignored it as their initial customer service was good, however I moved in to my accom in SEPTEMBER, was promised a cashback by DECEMBER and now it is february. The guys number just got disconnected and he keeps pushing back the date. He has now promised me till tuesday in which case if he does pay up then I will update this review. but i highly doubt it. Honestly do not book, all the good reviews are just them insisting us to do so before we book here but do not be fooled.
