False advertisingJust go through accommodations websites not these agents.This company said they would offer up $200 cashback when I initially booked in August 2023. In September I was told it would be 2 months to get cashback, then they said 3 months. When contacting them in January they started asking for proof of booking which I sent, they then said they need to confirm my booking with the accommodation and said I can only get $100. I offered send any documents needed, they have not replied.

I have booked with this company my accom for the current year 23/24 and I was assigned by agent to follow up with me in booking the accom and he said if I book now they will give me cash back and 2 weeks rent free and then I tried claiming it in when I moved in at September but the agent told me to wait as this takes 2 to 3 month and to make sure u stayed in the accomdation as in today I have been in the accommodation for 5 month or more and I haven't received anything ,now I knew they are scamming people just to book and they don't give what they promised yesterday I contacted the same agent number and he told me send an email and I will inform them to reply by today I asked for what did he reach to and he didn't reply while he was online but I still Have to keep chasing them for what's rightfully mine worst service ever they just want u to pay and then they don't really care
