They sell lies more than the accommodations. They tell you about cashback, 24*7 support, etc etc. But nothing is true, once you book a accomodations through them, they start blaming everything on accomodations. They don't do anything. Even for the cashback they say accomodations has not given them payment. How is that a valid reason? Did you say that if accomodation gives us payment we will give you the cashback? It's been 6 months, I haven't got any Cashback inspire of frequently mailing them to check the status.

Totally ignorant behavior from agents. One of the agents have promised me a cashback of 100 pounds and I trusted him and booked my accomodation accordingly through them and the result what I got is he blocked me as soon as I shifted to my room. Neither him nor any other have responded till now. Moreover some of my friends have faced the same issue with Uniacco.Fake promises and unexpected customer relationships with offering of 100 pounds to attract customer sentiments.

Avoid if you don't want constantly hassled with emails, texts and phone calls even after expressing disinterest and be prepared for an unprofessional attitude when you realise that the prices are much higher than other accommodation providers.

Looking for accommodation in Loughborough for 6 months to finish my PhD. I asked for help and seemingly got it with recommendations and links on a 6 month contract with parking and 2 viewings booked shortly after checking the links. However, upon turning up to the viewing neither stay offered shorter than 50 week lets. The second viewing didn't even have parking when the agent said they did. After the first viewing I asked the agent to double check if the second did provide 6 month lets but never got a reply. Informed them again after the second viewing and didn't hear back. The company just tries to get you to book accommodation and seemingly ignores what you're after. Waste of my and the landlord/managers time.
