Had a few misunderstandings with the accommodation but Rusario helped me all the way through and sorted everything out. Very grateful for the professionalism and support all the way through. Wasn't certain in the beginning but it turned out to be the most helpful agency in my 3 years of studying.

I booked a student accommodation in Leeds through uniacco. They misrepresented the room that was advertised and when I complained to try and leave they did not respond to any messages, calls or emails. I was told someone would get back to me time and time again but they never did. I am stuck paying for a room that is unsuitable for me to stay in because of this.

Despite being contacted by several of them, the information provided varies, with some claiming that requested properties are unavailable. Moreover, my attempts to communicate via WhatsApp have been left on seen, leaving me feeling ignored and dissatisfied with the level of service. It's disheartening to encounter such challenges when trying to secure accommodation. Certain representatives assert they've reached out to me via email, yet upon reviewing my inbox, no correspondence appears to have been received. I recommend reaching out directly to the student accommodation instead of relying on websites like these, saving yourself valuable time.
