Worst service EVER.I was promised $100 cash back for booking through this company and also referred individuals to book through them, it's been a year and they haven't paid that 100$, questioning if I even booked through them.I have been disappointed and have been given excuses after excuses with little action.The company is a scam. Total scam, the help stops once you've signed. Try getting your cashback incentive payment off UniAcco, absolutely no chance!! Keep lying about the date of payment. I was told the 9th, bare in mind it's February and I moved in to my accommodation in September!!! I have emails to prove all this, anybody who wants to see, drop me a message, and I can show you the screenshots!!
