After cancelling a reservation due to Covid complications, I was issued a voucher for one of the two nights of the reservation - I was thankful for that on a nonrefundable reservation.I went to the link for voucher hotels and made another reservation assuming the voucher would be honored, but it was not. After many attempts to speak to an agent after the hotel told me there was nothing to be done, a gracious young woman told me there was no way she could help me though she considered cancelling and rebooking for me with the voucher. I still have a voucher. DO NOT attempt to use one without calling the hotel and/or hotelplanner first! A very frustrating experience.
