It was terrible because vivid seats lost my tickets due to the broker I bought them through never sent them and we had go through a more trust worthy website to get whole new ticket! I'm still waiting for a supervisor to call me back regarding my refund and I would like to be compensated for the other pair of ticket I had to purchase because I came here on vacation and now we can't do any activities we planned on today because we spent that money on new tickets, vivid seats is not a trust worthy site to buy tickets from and I will not be recommending this site to anyone and will be letting them know of my horrible experience!!

I went to the box office to buy these tickets, and I was told that they were sold out. I stated that there were still tickets left through third party companies, so how does that work? I'm also irritated that there is the price of another tickets in fees for the purchase! That is infuriating and irritating.
