The only thing I was disappointed about, was that I could not go down to the area everyone else got to to meet the players after the final game. I know Paige came up into the first row, and if I had that ability I would have been able to get a selfie. So that was a huge miss for me. Also if you pay for seats that are row e 121 you should either have something comparable or have the ability in the purchasing section for wheelchairs, cause your chat told me to call and when I called they said use the chat. I never ever got to talk to someone or select that I was in a wheelchair. That was a HUGE miss also.

I had to install the app to show the tickets to be admitted to the venue. The button in the email labeled "view tickets on web" also took me to the app download page. This was very frustrating. All other ticket sources let you view tickets as a PDF or image right from the email with ease.

I purchased a parking pass for $108.00 that listed the parking location as Memorial Park Golf Course and an address for the parking location, with a location icon, as 1001 E Memorial Loop Dr. (which is on-sight parking and location of the event)When I received the parking pass, the address listed was 2051 Governors Circle, which is off-sight parking requiring a shuttle service.Their customer service team believed this to be an accurate description.
