"What a nightmare"

What a nightmare! Vivid Seats is a total scam. I purchased three tickets to a concert right before it started. It was a little high pressure as the seats were going quickly. Vivid Seats charged $692 in "Service Fees". This over $230 per ticket in fees. I requested a partial refund but Vivid Seats insist the fee is "necessary to provide such great customer service."If your business model relies on you charging ridiculously high predatory fees, you are in the wrong business.

Event did not occur, I was not notified of either cancellation or rescheduling. I arrived to the venue, and the employees had no knowledge of the event. Confirmed correct address, time, date as listed on tickets. Now trying to get full refund.

The website is super easy to use. You have been ways of searching. I liked that you can see what your view will be like. I also liked that when I called someone picked up in under a minute. Don't like the "convenience" fees though.
