Purchased ticket back in Feb for 4/4/2024 rockets and warrior game. but the tickets never deliver . so i called them 4/3 and told me they will do everything make sure the ticket deliver before game start. guess what . they never deliver after the game finish. when i woke up in 4/5 morning. vividseat change status to Delivered but it never show in AXS. so i called them. they refuse to give me a refund. because base on their policy. they only refund when the game is cancel.. so i guess there is nothing i can do. all my money are gone..to me . this company is a scam. they shouldnt be in business. i will never use them again. stay away. they will sell you tickets and not deliver . also no refund.
