Bought tickets - they sold me a table in a General Adminision area for $650 for 4 people! WHAT?! I then immediatly asked for a refund and they refuse. Chatted for 30 minutes with "Mary" and got no where. Told her I'll visit every site and review them - it is unbelievable they are in business. Trustpilot must be in cohoots with them as EVERY review site has them at 1 star. NO ONE like this company.I have no faith I will ever see my $650 or my tickets. I could dispute the purchase but I only have 60 days to do that - they tell me I won't get the tickets for 4 months. too late to dispute.

Concert was amazing!! but i had to buy the tickets elsewhere because vivid seats gave me a refund last minute (a DAY before the concert!!) even though I paid for the ticket a month beforehand!!! they gave me store credit but it was still a huge let down :(
