Always great working with Vivid Seats!

"Vivid could not provide me my tickets."

Vivid could not provide me my tickets before the event. I was on the phone with Vivid before the event trying to get someone to help me with my tickets and they could not resolve the issue. I will never use vivid seats again. I wish I could put 0 or negative 0 for my star review. I will be contacting my bank to get a refund.

Madonna did an amazing performance! The venue was hot however and many people were sweating and complaining because it was so overbearing. Unacceptable for State Farm Arena and for the amount of money spent on tickets, food and drinks.

Excellent show. Teddy and the opening act made it fun! Felt safe with the security set up and the venue was clean and ran well!
