When purchasing tickets tonight, I tried to use my birthday promo for a 10% discount. I also wanted to use the United Shopping portal to obtain miles on my purchase. Whenever I opened vivid seats through the portal, the price on the SAME tickets kept increasing with every attempt (I couldn't get the promo code to work so I had to keep trying several times)I find it disgusting that you chose to price gouge through service fees and ticket prices based on a 5 minute attempt to purchase. Seriously, by the time I had the SAME exact tickets secured through the United portal WITH the discount, it was $20 more than when I started because service fees rose so much. Things like this are what's ruining going to events. How can service fees on the same exact tickets increase by that much in such a short span of time just by which portal I chose to purchase through? Extremely frustrating
