I was a bit suspicious but decided to buy a large value voucher. I used a part of that voucher to book a car in Los Angeles Airport and was amazed that I got a Hertz owned Tesla for 3 weeks for under $800 for the complete period - I have not been charged for electricity to date either. Amazing.

SCAMI booked a stay with HB at Shangri-La in Abu Dhabi in may 2023.At check in hotel reservation was for BB, so I had to pay again for meals.I immediately contacted memberservices Reservation 39333-39363Guest service is terrible, they promised the refund but simply vanished.After more than 60 days I'm still waiting for the refund, and I'n not getting any news by themAvoid

"Club 1 Hotels Service"

If you are booking a hotel stay I recommend that you use Club 1 Hotels as your go-to resource. Having an upcoming trip I went through the usual websites and even direct to a few hotel sites. The prices were okay but not what I was wanting to spend. I came across Club 1 Hotels in a search and was pleasantly surprised that they actually gave the discount that they promoted. From now on I will definitely be using them for my business and personal travel.

"It's all about setting expectations"

It's all about setting expectations. Didn't have very good sleep. Beds and pillows weren't comfortable. The property, rooms and facilities are outdated and have a musky moldy type of odor. Room was somewhat clean. Staff is very kind and responsive though. Continental breakfast has room for improvement.

This company is shady! I've purchased many hotels over the last year and they have taken a turn this year. I canceled a refundable hotel purchase, they didn't refund me. After reaching out to them they said they would refund me. 6 weeks goes by and I filed a charge back from my credit card. They started randomly charging all of my credit cards. I reached out to them, they said they'd have accounting investigate. Absolutely no communication, just random unauthorized credit card charges.

"Most reviews are false AND fake"

This hotel website Is dreadful as they give AWFUL customer service, do NOT have a US toll-free number, the only phone number Is an abandoned landline with a recording never answered by a person... eventually get a response by email....And reviews... Club1hotels Is the only hotel website offering so frequently "incentives" (sic) of all types for posting favorable reviews... the perfect bribery thus most reviews about Club1hotels are fake so not to be trusted.My account was closed with no explanation at all!

Have used Club 1 to book hotels in US and Canada and also car rental in Las Vegas. Discounts vary and can be substantial. Fast email response in both booking and cancellations. However, my last hotel cancellation, the refund did not come through. Calling gets you voicemail. The best is to email Club 1 and the response was very prompt. Took them a few days to figure it out but finally got my refund on my credit card after about a week. You do get some savings when everything works but the hassles come when it does not.
