"Scam website"

After an initial hotel booking in Miami, then this travel website became a scam as they blocked my login and never responded my messages. They never answer the phone with a Chicago area code, it's an answering machine based in a landline. The recording states that "all agents are busy with other customers" but that is false. Simply Club1hotels does not have any call center, and be lucky if they respond your email messages.... and there is never the name of the agent who replies. Be careful as Club1hotels bribes some users by offering discounts or upgrades if they write positive or favorable reviews. Therefore, many reviews are not to be trusted.
