i was so happy to find club one we stayed in CDA around Christmas time and were pleasantly surprised on value and cleanliness. easy check in

First booking price was absolutely amazing which is for a month away. Then I attempted a same day hotel booking which was not so good, so I didn't book but I will continue to use them as 1 of my resources when traveling.

The attentiveness of the staff from valet to check-in was superb. The room, linen and towels were clean. The gym was easy accessible with ample amount of cardio equipment. They also had complimentary headphones in case you forgot yours at home or in the room but they are compatible to the monitors on the cardio equipment were you can set it to the numerous built in workout sessions or you can connect your Netflix account to the monitor and watch a movie while you workout.

Pros: Nice clean accommodations most of the staff were very willing helpful and courteous Cons: extra charge for towels so check upon entry if towels have been properly stocked for you and your guests will have to call a separate number to get any assistance with this if you do not book directly with hotel and there is a $25 late check out fee if you want to utilize this service just FYI about additional fees not mentioned

Great selection of hotels at great price. The reservation process is super simple. The communication was easy. A check-in time the hotel add our reservation and everything was smooth. Club 1 makes my life easier.

Sometimes it helps to shop around, but for many destinations (especially in the USA), they work out to be exceptional value.I'd keep an eye out for their promotions. They offer exceptional value with some of the bonus credit promotions they put out. Definitely worth signing up to their newsletter.

"Booking was super easy"

Booking was super easy, but there was no place to specify booking. We were placed in the oldest, dirtiest condo. It did fall short, the resort was nice and the amenities were cool. The condo was just falling apart so maintenance had to come right away, but no one came to clean or provide us with clean linen and towels.
