Great location, staff was very friendly and helpful. They were even able to switch our room last minute to be on the same floor with family members we were traveling with. They even charged my phone while we were at breakfast because I forgot my charger. I would absolutely stay here again. Room was nice and clean and view was excellent.

Club 1 hotels is a scam.They issued a voucher for a luxury hotel, that wasn't recognized by the hotel. I spent hours at phone on the other side of the world, and it was a total disaster. No assistance, no refund. Avoid it.I follow up the answer given by Club1 hotels for informing they are affirming the false. Rate was with half board, and the hotel didn't recognized. Club1 hotels ensured ensured they would refund us, and they never did. The worst, they totally disappeared... but they have time to reply here. I am proceeding with my American express platinum to block the amount and sue them.

I signed up Club 1 Hotels recently and recipe nice promotional bonus points. The website is easy to navigate despite only little bit slow to load the price. The hotel selection is great with better deals. They also offered occasional promotions for the hotel stay, which I found quite attractive.
