Great variety of accomodation options, easy booking process although it would help if website was a bit faster. The possibility to accrue Club1points and redeem on future room awards thus lowering your accomodation expenses is extremely useful.

I was in a bad situation with a friend's mother getting hospitalized a day before departure. An IG ad came across the screen and I clicked myself to The Venetian with an upgraded room. By Saturday, I was brunching with QB Malone of The Chiefs and The Superbowl Champs at Lavo. Amazing ending after delayed flights with de-iced wings in Denver with 2 ft of snow from 75*temps in The South.

First and foremost, I got 4 star hotel at a very reasonable, no where else available, rate in the heart of Times Square, New York. Second, I had booked hotel for 4 nights which was NON-Refundable. When I worked with hotel and Club1 support team, I got refund credit for unused day. Overall, amazing experience.

It's a good, quiet place to stay. It's clean for the most part. We haven't had any issues, except not many spaces to park up front. We are currently having to stay long term for unforseen circumstances and the front desk came to look at our room but not a big deal, everything was fine, I guess they've had issues with previous customers. Overall I'm satisfied with our stay.

We made a reservation at the Embassy Suites Chicago O'Hare. We stayed their one night before travelling to Italy. Good: Price was at least 50% less than advertized price. No problems with reservation, checked in with no issues. Got Hilton snack/water benefit. Not so good: Just remember you will get no Points or be eligible for an upgrade at Hilton Properties. Overall Good experience and will do again when price is the main consideration.
