I would have given a 5 star but finding it hard to navigate some exercise routines and meal plans. The biggest issue is most likely me. I'm sure by the end of week two things should be in sink for me.

Well the initial sale is a bit mis-leading.My first coach wash lets just say not so good or involved.Although V-shred did step up and made good by teaming me up with a different coach Sashli Star who has been wonderful!I have finally met my goal but it did take paying for a second 3 month plan, which was supposed to be met in the first 3 month plan.

I purchased V Shred and immediately had buyers remorse. I purchased the additional ?meal planning? which was a complete joke. It was one weeks worth of recipes that were almost identical to the ones you get for ?free? with the program. Nothing was tailored to me specifically and the entire month was the same meals each week. Waste of money there. Furthermore, the month of a free check in coach starts immediately after purchase. You should be able to activate it his service when you?re ready to begin the program. For me, I purchased in advance with plans to start 2 weeks later when my schedule opened up and it was already halfway through this offering which at that point was more annoying than I found it helpful as it?s just an automated email. The only live person to check in would be the several sales calls you receive to purchase what they?re really selling- supplements. They make you believe that the key to weight loss are these HIIT workouts but you can?t achieve the goals they?re selling to you without $500 worth of supplements you?re basically forced into buying 6 month fills of. No thank you. By the time I opened up the first work out video, I couldn?t help but laugh. How low budget. No editing and it looks like it was shot in a hotels free gym versus a studio and produced. The workouts are the same as my kids fifth grade gym teacher has them do. The entire thing was a joke and waste of money. I should have just stuck with my Beachbody T-25 which is exciting and fun and high energy and makes me feel more motivated that this huge push to buy supplements.
