I have almost complete my first bottle of the Burn supplement along with the night burn, the tumeric and the digestive enzymes. I have seen no improvements and have only lost 2 pounds while eating clean and walking daily. I am disappointed after spending a significant amount of money.

"I like the workout program but..."

I like the workout program. Seems to be effective. I feel better and have noticed weight loss of about 5lbs so far. I don't like bombarded nearly daily with emails trying to get me to listen to someone rambling on and on talking circles going nowhere for a 30-45min video just to get me to buy some new program or supplements. It's really annoying. Just get to the point, please stop going in circles and rambling on. (See what I did there?) I also don't like the sales tricks on the phone. I had to cancel my credit card after getting involved just to deny charges i was tricked into on the phone. They need to be more up front about their calls and not sidestep direct questions like, "Is this a sales call?" The response was somewhat evasive trying to "explain" that I really needed this or that product to succeed.

Things that are Great:* nutrition program is easy to follow and * coach is Awesome! * exercises are effective.Not so great: The V-shred app - hard to understand how to input things since there are no directions. Have 3 different "title" of workouts, only one is the one I should use and where videos actually function.Things to fix:* Exercises need instruction on proper form. I came in as an intermediate, maybe beginners have them. Proper from keeps a person from getting hurt both now and long term* Using My Fitness Pal -- This also has no "how-to use" anything. Know it isn't yours to fix, but it is frustrating to use and tracking food is important so maybe providing a few useful hints or finding a more user friendly tracker

"The product seems to work quite well"

The product seems to work quite well, and I have purchased a second time, but the buying process is horrible, and I nearly abandoned it numerous times. The attempts to upsell are ridiculous and make me want to seek other product alternatives. While Vince has done his research and is very knowledgeable, forcing me to watch videos to buy what I already know I specifically want is failure in business 101. Also, as it relates to social media, your videos are informational but to think I have an extended amount of time to invest watching them is a clear loss of connection to your customer. If you want to use videos, hit the key points in 2-3 minutes. You could easily shorten your videos to be high impact and punchy where the message gets across. You want to go from inspiration to wallet as fast as possible. I'd reinvent your marketing approach.

I love the idea of vshred but sadly wasn't satisfied. Everything you want/need to know is a 5 minute video. I would like the app to be more user friendly and for an extremely busy mom like me I wasn't able to get the results I was expecting only because it's too long to get answers

I purchased the meal plan with coaching for five months, along with the three-month at home workouts. I use the products Burn and Burn PM and in six months I have lost 36 pounds, gotten much stronger, and feel better all around. I appreciate the tailored meal plans that use normal foods and meals that are pretty easy to prepare. The coaching I received was encouraging and helpful as I made changes in my eating and exercise habits. It was great to have a coach cheering me on, especially through the Christmas holiday season.

I did not sign up for automatic refills which I just received. I bought 7 bottles of burn and 1 turmeric and one burn PM. I just received another bottle of burn which I did not order.
