A lot is promised but they don?t stick to what they promise. I booked 5 times an appointment and every time they didn?t show up. When I questioned this, no action was taken. They are only interested in the subscription money.

Honestly it?s just a bunch of long bodies to watch that really do not give you any tips. With the purchase I made I got a week of meal plan that I didn?t really follow, it was a series of questions and it was just sent to you. Unless you have big money to send you don?t really get help, just the app, and videos. You have to navigate it all yourself. Waste of money for me.

An absolute scam. It?s just about selling you a supplements. Supplements that don?t work. If you dig deep enough into this company, you?ll see the countless negative reviews. Then the company has the audacity to reply to B your negative comments either saying we can?t find your account or DM us . This is a condensing process to potential future customers that they want to continue to scam. What is this program? It?s bs.. supplements with a plan. The supplements don?t work. The plan maybe .. but it?s not what they show in the video! There?s no junk food , donuts, pizza . I didn?t expect there to be. so why have it in the infomercial? Because it?s total bs.., that?s why!

Too much advertising. I can?t afford to keep pressing buttons and tacking on more to my price. I want to be healthy and in shape but I have to draw a line at some point. The work outs are ok, just too many breaks, I feel like I don?t sweat enough. Nonetheless, Vince is a nice guy. Nothing against him.

The program is unrealistic and unsustainable. Every part of it, from meal prep to counting macros to working out, felt like a full time job and I simply don?t have that kind of time.

My customer service experience with V Shred was better than any other I have experienced before! I read something wrong and they refunded my money right away. Not only that but it all happened same day just moments after the sale. They were awesome at returning emails and were very professional.
