Huge mistake - AVOID! There are so many issues - see below.1. Cost - I think my ONE TIME ONLY Super SPECIAL cost for everything was $59. Then I was ONE TIME ONLY pushed to buy several supplements. I did purchase burn which has done NOTHING.2. Metabolic Quiz the BAIT AND SWITCH! You take a fast Q&A quiz asking if you feel the need for salt, sweets, you're still hungry after eating and crave dessert. If you answer yes to ANY of these - you have a metabolic problem a they'll schedule a free consultation.3. Free Metabolic Consultation is $1,500!!! Yep, I get this Indian trainer who is hard selling me to pay $500/mo for 3 months to get metabolism in place. If you recall, the site says this is included in the $59 - it is kind of, but not what we need - according to Ali, my Indian trainer. Only he can unlock this mystery. I said NO.4. Metabolic Emails from HELL! 3-4 emails a day telling me to take the quiz - which I did. I reply back telling them to stop sending emails as I've taken the quiz. I'm told there is a software glitch in their database and they need to manually take me off. They then stated I should have contacted live chat. 5. MORE Metobolica Emails from Hell! Even after all this, I'm still getting slammed with emails. I go to live chat and get another Indian who said the same thing and promised to take me off the list. Today, the emails are still coming - I hit 'unsurscribe. 6. Results - workouts - were good but nothing that is not available at my gym for free. I did them for a month and liked how I was done with 30 vs 1.5h I normally did. However, during that month I lost strength and gained weight. I did learn some exercises I'll add to my workout, but I'm done. 7. Results - meals - I don't know. After reading how messed up my metabolism was I did not know what to eat. I was told by Ali, the Indian Trainer I would be given a free list for taking the consultation but did not. The recipes were tasty but once again - nothing I can't get for free from my gym. Worse - I gained 3 pounds!8. The APP - Workouts - SUCKS! You cannot backspace or it clicks you to the first page. There are so many clicks to review an exercise. Most at HIT which I like with 20 seconds between exercises. Sometimes I'd hit back space and it would take me at least 20 seconds to get back to the workout. It's pretty much unuseable. Ali - the Indian trainer said only those who pay $500 a month get access to an app you can truly use - pretty much the same free App I have at 24 Hour fitness. 9. The APP - Food - SUCKS! Good luck trying to create menu to follow. You can't input it or track anything. This means you can't track macros, calories, carbs, protein etc. Remember, hit backspace once and you need to click through several screens to get back to the right one. Once again, I can track my food from my gyms app or countless others for free. What I find interesting on this thread is either people find Vshred as a Scam or they love it. There is no middle. When you look at the replies to 1 star ratings, they say all the same - DM us, or can't find your information. When you look at the love it replies - it's rainbows and unicorns. To be blunt, I fully expect these 4 and 5 star reviews are paid people by VShred to put up these reviews. This is a SCAM without question.

The v-shred app is amazing! The only thing I?m disappointed with is the free metabolic assessment. I have 3 personal trainer that I was supposed to meet with, I really wanted to meet with 1 of them so I can ask questions and we?re hoping to help me lose weight. But sadly all of them canceled on me last minute and wasted my time multiple times when I could be doing something else.

I, as well as a number of other clients, have been unable to log into the Vshred app. Neither the app nor the dozens of emails sent include customer service contact info to resolve the problem. I've tried the "forgot password" button and create account links but only get "unexpected server error" responses.
