"Total waste of time"
I was excited with this program and decided to get it. I liked their 30 money back guarantee if I didn?t like it. I noticed immediately this workout program was not good. The reps and the grouping of exercises don?t make sense. Obviously who ever put this together never worked out. I reached out to received my money back. This too is also a scam. Although I was under the 30 days window, they don?t refund your money. Don?t waste your money.

"Another sell job"
First, the product is a complete over-sell. I do the workouts, not much impact. At every turn they are trying to sell me a supplement or service, so far these all have not demonstmuch impact. I don't even respond to numerous metabolism eval or personal coach messages, I am exhausted be the constant bombardment of pitches. Finally, there was early on a week of intro presentations, I emailed and messaged that I do not have facebook or any of these other services. I got a response saying "you don't need facebook," however was never told how to participate without it. If there was a 2.5 rating I would have given the program that - also the workout videos are a little out dated. I would love for this to work, I am taking the AM and PM burn stuff and the turmeric with pepper and I do the workouts every day (after the workouts I already do daily). No different results than I had before.

"VShred membership opens a portal to targeted marketing"
OK, so I took the bait. After seeing the VShred adds in my YouTube streams for months, I decided to listen to what this guy Vince had to say. This business has certainly mastered Dr. Caildini's seven principles of persuasion. While I suspected that some of the results claimed were probably too good to be true, I figured $100 was a small price to give the program a shake. While I've this program poorly, I did in fact lose weight and build muscle. I did appreciate the 90 day workout plan, but was disappointed that the company couldn't provide a PDF of the workouts in the app even upon request. I gave the diet plan a shake and was disappointed that the 30 day plan was simply a 7 day plan that repeated for 4 weeks and I didn't really have meaningful input into the food selection. The calorie intake also wasn't appropriate for my weight loss goal. Anyway, while the plan will work for weight loss (to some degree) and building strength if you stick to it, the targeting marketing associated with signing up for a program is appalling. VShred is primarily interested in keeping you onboard for more programs and to buy supplements from the SculpNation shop. I received daily emails from "Vince" trying to get me to supercharge my results and buy more stuff. Part of the marketing gimmick is that they sell you a plan, but but it's only part of the story and if you dig a littler deeper into your pockets you can purchase more secrets. This is a well known marketing approach and its unnecessarily duplicitous. Oddly, some of the targeted marketing emails contained information that contradicted some of the diet item in my purchased meal plan which made me question the coordination of the trainers with the plan and credibility of the information I was paying for. I have now blocked all emails from vshred as they were just infuriating me. My email was clearly sold to other health-based companies as there has been an increase in emails from companies that I previously never received messages from. Anyway, take it for what it is. You can probably find HIIT routines on-line for free and most of us know that the only way to loose weight is to consume fewer calories than we need. Maybe the VShred approach is OK by your, but it wasn't a good fit for me.
