My coach sends me weekly emails and a monthly meal plan. I find it very easy to stick to the plan. The weekly Masterclasses are awesome and work on a different part of the body with a coaching segment and a Q&A. The FLE workouts are easy enough and are the just amount right of time if you don't have an hour or more for a workout. All the coaches are helpful and very inspiring.

No real strategy in assisting client's needs. Don't even recognize a repurchase to extend the trial. A sell, sell, sell organization.

The concept behind the diet change works. Any Google search will explain how and why it works. The company does send extremely too many emails and is very sales pitch. I don't believe you need any supplements to make this work. I continue to lose pounds after pound just following the simple method.

This company is only interested in money. You have to pay for every thing separately. After you pay for the intial program, you will receive a list of foods to eat and a list of the exercises. A representative will contact you to inform you that to receive optimal weight loss, you will need to purchase other programs. The pills they sent me didn't work. I am trying to get my money back since I didn't start the program and the pills didn't work but so far no luck. They keep charging my credit card. Do not get involved with this company. You will lose your money, not weight.

Was surprised as I was watching, listening to extra stuff so hadn't closed my purchase yet. But when I went back, it was already closed and done. And then quickly said ...busy with order sent ... So couldn't in fact phone if wanted to cancel. Then I received it with nothing else inside the box. I mean maybe hints, tips how to use it more effectively. Summary of what it does to encourage me. How best to see benefits..... With water, morning, night etc. not even a v shred catalogue maybe. I purchased the exercise app thing but never used it don't even know if I can still access it. It was ages ago, but as I got this Burn evolved 2 thought I might try follow the exercises too. Kind of disappointed.
