All I wanted was the carb cycling and workout program. I?m getting a lot of long winded sales pitch videos. What did I pay $57 for?? I think I want a refund.

I think the best product on the market for healthy weight loss. I've Dropped 30 pounds for 6 months. Thanks to my trainer Chris who always helped with my curb cycling diet. I think if you follow exact meal plan that they build you, you can loose weight as much as you want.

It?s a big scam, they took my money and never gave back even though they have 1 month money back policy. First thing he says no hormones no body. So take steroids. . How could someone ask to take steroids.

First they over charge me, i tried to call costumer service and send messages , wrote them a couple of times and never call me back..so I went teough with the vip coaching I signed up.,I felt it was not costumized at all. Work outs were really boring, I felt it was a waist of money. Coach could care less. I felt messages were pre recorded.Maybe the rwgular work out would have worked out , but I paid thousands of dollar for this service and it was a joke

Following the program has been easier than I thought. The trainers and all the support from Facebook and emails have been great. All the different options are great to choose from for keeping you on track and not feeling in the process alone.
