This is my first month and I am very happy so far with the program. I like the attention that is give and the details of the program. Easy to follow exercises and the diet plan my trainer provided is easy to follow. I am still getting use to it but I can see that it is a well thought out plan.

I?ve used this for almost a month now with no results. Very disappointing as I had total faith and Vince, he seemed to have a lot of knowledge, but at the end of the day I lost no weight and blood test. My testosterone levels have not moved I emailed about a refund Which they approved, however, it was only a refund for the unused portions of bottles that were never opened. This kind of defeats, the purpose of offering a risk free product when you have to use the product to see whether or not, it works in this particular case using the product Means you have to open a bottle and when you open the bottle even though the product doesn?t work, they will not refund your money. At the end of the day seems like this is another scam.

I received the product in a timely fashion but it did not have one of the bottles of black tumeric or the recipe book that was stated it would.

I felt like every turn was a video that was going to help me that turned out to be way way too long and in the end was just a sale to purchase another product. I felt like the metabolism quiz didn't actually address my metabolism, was just more a generic overall assessment...and I never did learn how to do the carb cycling it kept talking about.
