This does nothing I've been on this for 3 months I work out 4 times a week skip breakfast and stay away from all bread's pastas and sweets. I'm hungry all the time and still can't lose weight.

VShred works 100%. The coaching is great. Eating the same meals for an entire month is not ideal. I think it would be helpful to have 2 different meal plans for the month so we can switch them every other week. Otherwise, doing the 1st meal plan for 2 weeks and the 2nd meal plan for the last 2 weeks. Eating the same meals week after week was not for me.

Deceiving. You need to purchase SO many additional things to be successful. That makes it too expensive. And there are too many emails (which I stopped).

I paid for a health coach and have never received one- I have contacted company on 2 occasion and there is always a reason, I am going to stop credit card payment at this point. They got me in on a small price, and then asked 100 different times to purchase more things, and it is a pitiful situation!

In my opinion, snake oil salespitch. Bought 90 supply, 30 days in, no noticeable difference at all. Good enough pitch to get my $$$$ though. Would not recommend. Anything that has not been evaluated by the FDA just doesn't have the scientific proof behind it. I learned my lesson.

Scam. Wish I could get a refund As per your response, I had no issue with any of the trainers, it's the entire program that's a scam. The program did absolutely nothing for me and after further research found that a majority of reasons and "new lab results " are just fabrications and most of the scientific jargon isn't proven. People, look up videos responding to this program and how it's considered a scam. Don't waste your money.

Mostly a scam. Ask you to take metabolic quiz everyday and you never receive results. Ask you to watch 20 minute long videos for how to help you lose weight and then at the end they try to sell you their ?magic? supplements
