Ordered new bath & basin taps and a bath panel on 31/3/24 which amounted to just over $300 and paid a further $10 for Saturday "VIP" delivery on 20/4/24. We then booked a plumber to come and fit all the items the following week.Received an email yesterday, saying that they had changed the delivery date to 23/4/24, a day (Tuesday) that I would not be in and no explanation as to why.Then waited the following day for over an hour, to speak to one of their customer service team, who explained that ONE of the items was out of stock and rest could be delivered on the Saturday I asked for. They then said the other item would be back in stock on 25/4/24!! So why the email saying delivery would be on 23/4/24?!So to recap:1) Delivery changed from a Saturday to a Tuesday. No explanation as to why and no offer to refund the extra paid for Saturday delivery.2) VP could actually deliver most of the order as requested, but only because I made the effort to complain.3) Had we agreed to accept the order on the Tuesday (as advised on email) it would have been a waste of time, as the out of stock item would not have been available until Thursday. When were we going to find this out??Terrible experience and the order has been cancelled. Will never order from VP again.And 2 weeks wait for my money back!
