I'm very happy with the service. Muhammad Ahsan, resolved my issue very quickly and promptly. He was very polite. I will definately use Victoria plum again and recommend to others.

Ordered sink when opened found cracked , I know I should have checked before I went to fit at customer,lesson learned. But packaging all looked good . Went online and 2nd despatched to arrive in 3days. On arrival I didn't need to open and check as I could here it smashed into bits before I took it in. So refused delivery. Trying to ring customer service to advise on packaging and to organise a refund, unfortunately I have not got all day to sit at number 2 in the que . Have used victoria a few times so I am gutted and will think more than twice to use again . Sam , Cheltenham

Ordered some expensive taps took a day off as the parcel needed signing for , waited in no delivery chased and was told it would be with me the following day , again no delivery . Delivery isn't Victoria plumbs fault but they choose the delivery company and therefore need to chase missing orders for their customers . Avoid this company

Easy shopping experience, annoyed by the claim of Free standard delivery to UK mainland, then to be charged $9.99, making the free delivery claim false!
