"arrived broken, but immediately offered replacement"
Shower tray arrived broken. Spoke to Waqas in customer services. He quickly arranged for a new one to be sent out. He said, on the phone call, he would arrange for the old one to be collected but then later sent an email to say I need to arrange for disposal of the broken one myself, which means a trip to the recycling centre. Hopefully the new one will arrive undamaged.

"I ordered a Forum crome celing light"
I ordered a Forum crome celing light. Sadly the bulb covers were smashed. I contacted Victoria Plum and spoke with Zubair (on chat?) who was very helpful and arranged for replacement to be sent. I was able to request my preferred delivery date, so fingers crossed this will all be OK.The chandelier looks great, so hope we can install and enjoy soon.The 4 stars reflects the fact that there was an issue, but the service and response was 5 star.

"Delivery driver was really helpful"
Delivery driver was really helpful, he told me before he delivered that a few items were already damaged. One item from my order was also missing. I had an online chat with Tayyaba, who was extremely helpful and reordered the damaged and missing item for me and organised re delivery for 2 days later. Really pleased with the service so far, just hope the plumber gets on well with the bathroom fitting ?
