"When it goes wrong you're stuffed!"
I spent 3.5 hours on the phone when my delivery went missing, only to be told I'd have to wait another 7 days for a replacement. No option to expedite this.Another 2 hours this morning, delivery arrived damaged. Guess what another 7 days for a replacement! Oh and no option for a 24 hour service. Apparently we're not due compensation for the inconvenience of having to wait 3 weeks extra for my product, because they had agreed to send a replacement for the damaged unit.Feeling angry and let down. I will go back to using Victorian plumbing next time, always had exceptional service from them in the past.

Ordered something and after 12 days checked in to see why delivery was taking so long. Told it was now out of stock and would be another 3-4 weeks. Cancelled the order and then informed refund would take up to 14 working days.So if you would like someone to take your money, not give much of a toss about communciating when its delayed and then only give you your money back three weeks later, then Victoria Plum is right up your street !
