Very quick delivery and although a damaged item received, chatted with Zubair and agreed a partial refund to keep the broken unit and repair ourselves.Victoria Plum have a very good selection of products and easy to order online with regular information on availability and delivery etc.

"Great product - worst delivery service I've ever enountered!"

The delivery was postponed by 4 days at a day's notice, and we already had bathroom fitters in. The delivery people made one attempt to call to let us know (no email or message left), so we were none the wiser of the delay until later on our arranged delivery day. Our fitters needed the bath to tile round before the new delivery date so we had to order one locally (much more expensive but hey!). VP told us to refuse delivery of the bath but their delivery men were having none of it! So then began the saga of returning the bath. 3 weeks later and many hours on the phone to VP and we've still not had it sorted. The delivery people are a law unto themselves, and have cancelled pick a number of times. The only time they almost picked it up was when we were away, 2 days before the day we arranged with VP. 2 more failed attempts to oragise it enused, but both have gone no where.I've now suggested we dispose of the bath ourselves and they just refund us, which is hassle and possibly wastful but I've had enough now.It will take a lot for us to use Victoria Plum ever again.

I ordered a new toilet and when installed the seat was wobbly. I contacted yourselves via the online chat and Atta quickly arranged a replacement seat to be sent out.
